Ligonier Conference

So, I read the subject heading on the email from Ligonier Ministries: "Changes to the National Conference Speakers Line-Up" and for one crazy moment I thought, "Rick Warren?"


No. Actually, John Piper is taking a hiatus from speaking engagements for a time, so he can devote more time to his family. Taking his place at the Ligonier Conference will be, not Rick Warren, but, John MacArthur.

It would have been interesting, though. Can you imagine the Q. & A?
